Who We Are

Listy is operated by 1001544748 Ontario Inc., a corporation based in Ontario, Canada. Listy is an HDR listing photo app designed for anyone who needs listing photos, including real estate agents, landlords, tenants, real estate photographers, and others. What Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the Listy service:

• Photos — the photos you take and upload with Listy
• Email address — used to create and authenticate your account via magic link sign-in
• Property listing information — including property address, order ID, package type, and add-on services associated with your bookings
• Photo upload status and delivery information — to track the progress of your listing photography workflow
• Device information — basic technical information such as app version, used solely for support and debugging purposes

If you invite a collaborator to a listing, we store the email address you enter so we can share that listing with them.

We do not collect or store payment information. Payments are processed through our booking system and are subject to applicable payment policies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect exclusively to:

• Create and manage your Listy account
• Display your property listings and their status within the app
• Facilitate photo uploads and coordinate editing
• Send you transactional emails such as sign-in links and delivery notifications
• Provide customer support when you contact us

Your photos are stored with a cloud storage provider and processed by our editing partners, which include AI-based editing tools, to produce your finished photos. These partners process your photos only to deliver your order.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose other than providing the Listy service.

Data Storage and Security

Your data and photos are stored securely on infrastructure that meets industry-standard security requirements.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

AI Processing and Third-Party Services

Listy uses third-party AI in two ways: the optional AI Check feature, which sends a camera image for framing tips only when you turn it on, and our editing partners, whose tools include AI-based editing, which produce your finished photos from the photos you upload.

• AI Check (shot coaching) — when you choose to use AI Check, the current camera image, along with basic device orientation data, is sent to a third-party AI service to analyze composition and give you guidance. These images are used only to generate your guidance and are not retained for any other purpose.
• AI photo edits — if your booking includes add-ons such as virtual staging or virtual cleaning, the relevant property photos are processed by third-party AI providers to produce those edits.

These providers process your images solely to deliver the feature you requested and are not permitted to use them for their own purposes.

Your Rights

As a resident of Ontario, Canada, you have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate information
• The right to withdraw consent and request deletion of your account and associated data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@listy.live and we will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and listing data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Listy service. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

Listy is intended solely for use by real estate professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Listy app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will notify you by email.
